Refunds

Eligibility

Consumer students in the UK may cancel a distance contract for a programme within 14 days of the confirmation email, unless they asked us to start teaching during that period and then completed a substantial share of the work. Employer-booked seats follow the invoice terms agreed in writing.

Timeframe

Send a clear request to hello@workspace-crafthub.digital. We confirm receipt within two working days. Cooling-off refunds are processed within 14 days of that confirmation.

Full or partial refund

A request before the first live session of a circle is a full refund of tuition, minus any non-refundable items listed below. After week three of Segment Lattice Studio, refunds are partial: unused tutorial weeks, calculated as remaining weeks divided by twelve, less a £120 administration charge. Event Grammar and two-day workshops are fully refundable only before they start; after the first hour they are not refundable except where UK consumer law still requires it.

Non-refundable items

Archive Desk annual access once the first reading hour has been attended. Travel you booked to Great Offley. Third-party tool licences. Bank charges on international wires that your bank levied.

Process

Email the booking name, programme, and whether the seat was personal or employer-paid. We may ask for the invoice number. We do not run checkout on this site, so there is no self-serve refund button.

Processing time and method

Refunds go back via the same method as the original payment: bank transfer to the account that paid, or a credit on the employer invoice. Allow five additional working days after we instruct our bank. We do not refund onto a different card “for convenience” without a written reason (for example a closed account).

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a circle because enrolment is too small, you receive a full tuition refund or a transfer to a later circle, your choice. We are not responsible for hotels or trains.

Exceptions

Removal for conduct under the terms of use is not refundable after the first session. If illness prevents attendance, we offer a transfer to the next circle rather than cash where the cooling-off window has closed, unless consumer law says otherwise.
